   Please do not book here, the service is not existent, the room was tiny, we couldn't close the window and the fan didn't work in the bathroom so couldn't use the shower and there was no toilet rol!. The whole hotel was grubby and dusty I dread to think what state the hot tubs would be in. The 24hr concierge was none existent and to top it off they charged me twice for the room and when I did speak to someone they hung up on me because I asked for hotel managers name which was considered personal information. Complete scam avoid at all costs.

   Dirty, disgusting room. Mattress stained, everything dirty and no hot water. Hotel fire alarm panel showing faults and no action taken by hotel management or Agent. Booked through Agoda who had no regard for the fact that the fire alarm panel was in fault despite the recent fire at The Royal Albion hotel down the road. Had to book into alternative accommodation ourselves. Do not even think about booking here…

   absolutely shocking place. i booked a 2 night stay with my 10 year old daughter and i would seriously recommend not booking here. they advertise concierge, room service, hot tub, spa and massage none of which were available also what they dont tell you is you have to pay a hefty depost to get a code to the door or your not getting in i encountered at least 6 other guests who were left on the doorstep as there are no staff on site what so ever and to get hold of someone is a nightmare the only way i can describe this place is seedy looking filthy it sort of reminds me of hotels from movies that are rented by the hour. every other guest i spoke with also agree this is definitely not a hotel to book with huge disappointment. the room it self smelled mouldy, the fridge didnt work huge rip in the carpet, cobwebs everywere it was disgusting. STAY CLEAR.

   I was charged with £149 deposit and haven't received it back, also I had alot of trouble checking in and hardly managed to check in in a rainy day with my kids into a dirty dusty room after an hour and a half and their excuse was that the had shortage of staff. Will not recommend it.

   Have spent over an hour trying to check in without any access. Managed to get through to someone on the phone, they took the deposit and promised to send a text with the code to access the building and room. Still waiting....
