I would like to thank Trinity Medical Centre for the outstanding care of my one-year-old son, Harry. We were genuinely blown away by the efficiency, kindness, and reassurance we received. A special thank you to Dr F Short, who was exceptionally kind, really listened to our concerns, and made us feel very safe as parents. Her thoughtful follow-up message and clear advice were greatly appreciated and meant a great deal to us. Best wishes Kate

This medical centre has no interest in the elderly patients it serves. All they will do is avoid, distract, contradict, and delay services. In caring for my parent, who deserves to spend the end of their days at 94 years old in peace, tranquility and with the best of care I prefer to deal with the NHS and hospital staff than ever have anything to do with this surgery. Constantly let down and left taking so much time to get anywhere with any assessments, wrong diagnoses, what exactly is this surgery objective. As my partner and I also care for two high needs care children, we are run around persistently to try and manage our time and this surgery is the most unhelpful in facilitating that I have endured in my entire 56 year life in Hove.

Did an econsult at 8.30 on a Monday and got an appointment at 10.10 that morning which was great. Check in screen didn't work when I arrived and I had to wait in a queue for 15 minutes but luckily the ANP still saw me and she was really lovely. Reception staff were also very calm and friendly

I don't understand all the negative reviews. I have been with this surgery for years and they have always been carrying and supportive. Yes, there is a waiting time on the phone but once you speak to someone you always get good advice and can also get an appointment booked fairly quickly. Any member of staff I have seen was friendly and helpful.

I really don't understand some of the bad reviews. I have been with trinity about 30 years and have had nothing but excellent service. Yes, it takes a long time to get through on the phone, and yes there are problems. These problems are not caused by, or the fault of the surgery but by underfunding by the government. We all know what the problems are, so it's impossible to get things done as quickly as we'd all like, however when I hear stories from friends about their surgeries it makes me so glad that I'm with trinity

At the beginning of the week I used their econsult service at 10.30 in the morning hoping they would contact me within 48 hrs. They called at 1 to ask some More Questions and said they would call back in afternoon. By 5pm I’d spoken to a doctor and got medication put through to a pharmacy! It was such great service and the people I spoke were so helpful! Thank god for the NHS

For a service that is massively under pressure, the level of service offered is second to none. I have recently had both online consultations and a number of appointments with various nurses and have always received excellent care. I’m aware that the service offered is overstretched and this results in long waiting times but this is not the fault of the surgery. People should be venting their anger towards the current Government not the overworked and undervalued staff..

None of their phone services work. You wait 14th in the queue and they drop the call, you wait 2nd in the queue and when they connect you the message says the number is not recognised and drop the call. This is at opening and the middle of the day. They simply don't care about their patients needs outside of the consultation room. Their automated service they push doesn't work and their e consultant recommends to see a go but you can't get through. Service once in the practice is good but practice has had years of phone and contact issues that they clearly don't have any interest in fixing as it's impossible to make an appointment. I have also requested to change my married name 5 times in person, via their allocated form and via email as they have requested and still have incorrect information on the system. It took well over a year to have my address changed so made collecting repeat prescriptions at the pharmacy embarrassing as I had to remember old address.

The practice has always responded timely to me or my 1 year old and offered either same day or next day appointments. They accommodated my son recently when there were no appointments with an online/ phone consult with photos I’d sent of issue. Nurses and receptionists I dealt with have been nothing but lovely. Phone wait time is short and they are always accommodating.
