   Janet is so knowledgeable and amazing at what she does. I've been here many times and have always been impressed by her. All other staff have been helpful and professional throughout too. Sad to see it close. Good luck everyone.

   What an absolutely perfect experience. Andreea and Janet were simply amazing. Being slightly needle phobic, I made them aware of this and got nothing but support and understanding. I immediately felt at ease when meeting Andreea, likewise with Janet, I can't praise them enough. Everything was explained thoroughly. It went from something I was dreading, to wanting to go back to see them again just for fun! Highly recommended. Thank you.

   Visiting England before heading to Africa and forgot about needing vaccines post-Africa trip. Made an appointment with CityDoc the day before and was vaccinated within 24 hours! Called a couple times and all my questions were answered. Super quick and easy, thorough information about where I’m headed and what health guidelines require/recommend, and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend for any last minute or foreign travelers!

   I had a fantastic experience at CityDoc on The Drive in Hove. The nurse Janet was brilliant. Really knowledgeable about every vaccine needed, or not, for my upcoming trip to China. She was also very patient and professional, and spend time explaining and answering my many questions. The receptionist Andreea was super helpful, and again patient and very professional. CityDoc was also quite a bit cheaper than others in Brighton & Hove. It’s a definite recommendation from me.

   We had our Yellow Fever jabs today at the Hove branch of Sussex Travel Clinic/CityDoc. Although out of stock when we initially enquired this morning, Andrea contacted us immediately on their arrival and we were able to have our consultation and jabs with Lucy this afternoon. We were very impressed with both ladies - they were extremely friendly and professional - and with the thoroughness of the consultation and advice given. We would definitely recommend the practice.

   Very poor customer service - booked my appointment a month in advance, and so was due to get my holiday jabs on a Saturday, I then received a phone call on Thursday evening informing me they had ‘ran out’ of the jabs I required. On the Saturday, I received yet another call notifying me I had missed my appointment, when I was told on the Thursday I couldn’t have my jabs ? - extremely incompetent service and unorganised. I’ve now had to look elsewhere for my jabs with only 2 weeks until I go away, stressed out!
