   Went into our local Eurocell norwich and was greeted by jon.We were unsure as to what we wanted,the information and attention jon gave us was overwhelming,no pressure sales from jon just to go over the information and any questions just call.We return a week later and saw Jon again and arranged our wall board Jon advised what we needed and arranged everything.What I was more impressed with was the attention to the customers needs and the knowledge of the product.Fantasic customer service Jon and a credit to eurocell.

   Shocking service and over priced. Answered several phone calls while serving me just a few bits. Nearly fall over when I saw the prices, almost double screwfix and 5x more than online. Set up account few weeks ago but no where to be seen on their computer. Stay away and stick to screwfix or online. Paid over 85£ for 5x 110mm drainage bits after waiting 15 minutes

   The most useless customer service ever experienced. Ordered online for collection. Arrived to collect, the chap at the counter was no where to be seen. Once shouted for assistance the chaps attitude was like a disturbed him and with zero respect. He refused to look for the product and then stated the item was not in stock. Even though the item was online as in stock. He then said he didn’t know where to look. After 10 minutes I gave up and asked for a refund. He then refused this and said I’d need to call the central phone line. What a waste of time. Never using this company again.
