   I visited the store on Sunday and a salesperson named Charlie dealt with me. She was incredibly helpful and a really nice, genuine person. She ordered me an item in with no issues whatsoever and was just a lovely person to deal with. A credit to the shop.

   Some really nice clothes, at fair prices, with some great bargains to be had. My wife got a pair of boots for around £17 in the sale. That included using the 10% off with the app. So good to see they let you use that, even on sale items. Really friendly and helpful staff too. Well worth a visit!

   Could do with a re-vamp and a bit more variety. I used to always shop at New Look but have found the quality and choice to have gone downhill. Apart from that, this store was clean and the staff friendly.

   Been to give back a pair of shoes the woman said she needs the card which the shows have been bought with but gave me a voucher told me she could transfer the money back to the card if I brought it in, so I did and then she said she can't cause the transfer already happened, then she lied to the manager that she told me the transfer can only happen once. That shop is an absolute joke, never been tricked like taht
