“I was looking for a Pokémon backpack for my grandson's birthday. A Google search showed they sold them here at Wynsors. I checked stock here at the Crewe store and reserved the item. I then rang the store to double check. Donna, the lady who answered the phone was brilliant. She confirmed there was just ONE left and put it behind the checkout for me so that it would tie up with my online reservation when it came through. When I got to store later Donna was there at the checkout with a wonderful smile holding the Pokémon backpack aloft with all my reservation details on her pad. This is what proper quality customer service is like. Donna is a bubbly, happy and very experienced retail professional. The Wynsors business plus the regional and store management teams should all be very proud of her, their store and the very, very high product and service offering provided. At 4pm today my grandson will be beaming from ear-to-ear and that will be thanks in no small part to Donna from the Wynsors store in Crewe - take a bow Donna, you're a Superstar ⭐️”

“It's great, sells everything we have ever needed almost. Didn't sell feather shuttlecocks but no biggy bought two tins of plastic shuttlecocks for £9 and they are fine. £9 for two tins. Can get busy, can be a significant wait to get floor staff help with trainers, but that is because they are busy and a bit of our patience and tolerance for that is required as they do their best and are very helpful.”

“Met these guys at Fitxpo this year - chaps on the stool very pleasant and happy to help and explain their products in detail. Purchased some Non Stim Pre workout and also some H8 pre workout. So far only tried the non stim but certainly does what it’s supposed to do. Went ahead and ordered some Whey protein and Cream of rice as heard good things. Very pleased with the next day delivery if ordering before 1pm and the nice added touch of some free samples. It’s the small things that matter and so far I am very impressed with this small company and I’m sure before long they will be up their with the big names.”
