   Just had key cut told would work as it’s from the original get home key don’t work at all you call the shop several times to no answer didn’t give no receipt or guarantee !! No it’s not the lock as the lock works perfectly fine and old key works in lock perfectly fine so key isn’t cut right waste of money got to go back again to complain about the service the guy wasn’t really interested or professional was no thank you or anything like that just wanted to make a quick buck !!

   This is my second repair at Alsager Shoe Repairs and I have been extremely pleased each time. The workmanship is excellent and so reasonably priced. Both times I have had bags repaired, a rucksack handle which is still going strong after a year and this time my much loved canvas travel bag which was damaged at the airport. Can’t recommend highly enough.

   I had a great pair of Desert Boots that I had worn to death and had tried the "main brand" of High St repairers but wasn't happy with their response to getting a new sole on them. Spotted this place and went in. Not only a great repair but a really great price. Boots are back and good to go for another couple of years.

   Took a couple of pairs of shoes to have stick-on soles installed and a re-heel. The price was surprisingly low considering the work involved and the craftsmanship is of excellent quality. If anybody requires some work doing to their shoes this is the place to go.
