I have put the date and time in the hope that the young lady who served me gets the credit for her outstanding customer service.my size was not on display,she went and checked presumably in stock room,but none there.offered to order them,which I did.just a very happy experience all round.

Called in today and after a horrible experience in another store on the retail park I was greeted by a lovely young lady. My son has a few minor issues and is very hard to please and this young lady sorted it out for us and went above and beyond. He is now happy with his shoes.
