   Wow …… went in today to buy my wife a pair of trainers for her birthday….. should be simple ? Found two pairs and ask for size just to be told no stock…. No sorry or we can order them in etc just No and the miserable sales member walked off and me and my wife just looked at each other waiting for her to come back but nothing she just stood and look at us ?? So we got up and walked off …… All the staff were just not interested in helping and wow there is such a lot of staff they were more interested in drinking energy drinks and chatting……. One even ran off shouting “move I am going to be sick” We only wanted some help and we walked out feeling uncomfortable and confused…… JD cut your staff bills you don’t need that many people on the shop floor and get a hand full of people that actually want to work - save you money and just give a good service !

   Good quality shop but the service is poor. Followed round the shop by staff and asked not to sit around while my friends buy clothes. The scowls of the staff are always over your shoulder and speak rudely toward you.

   Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Went there to buy some clothes for myself. One of the items was not in stock so I asked for that to be ordered in store. Spoke to a lady so that she could order that for me. She asked for the code from her manager and the manager provided her with the code. Then she asked me to go to the till, because apparently she was going to order it there and take the payment. As I was waiting for that to happen, she serves another customer that came after myself. I said nothing. That customer left and when I finally thought she was going to deal with my shopping order, she gets another one in front of me and completely ignores me. All the time she was giving me weird looks. I left all my other items I was buying at her desk and left the shop. Shame on that service. When I said to her that why did she do that, she responded that she had no code, knowing for sure that I heard her manager give the code to her few minutes before. I do not know the reason of that king of service as I have not had such bad service anywhere else, but there was nothing else, apart from me being foreign, that differenced me from the other customers. Start training your employees JD! Happened on 12/10/22. Wont be there ever again.
