   I Purchased a considerable amount of items from Healey & lord which were beautifully made including 3 toilets, 3 sinks, 2 shower valves and many other items . They kept me informed on the order and all were delivered on time complete with no damage whatsoever. I most certainly will use them again and recommend this local company to family and friends.

   Ordered a really expensive toilet thinking it would be great quality. Arrived while we were away for three days and when we got back and opened it, it was badly cracked as it had no bubble wrap around it or anything to protect it. Sent photos via email and called company straight away to let them know. Response was terrible. I was told that as I had not alerted them to the problem within 24 hours of the package being delivered, they could not do anything and cheekily even sent me a link to buy a new one! I quoted the sale of goods act back at them as this is totally unacceptable. They eventually agreed “as a gesture of goodwill” to send a new toilet pan. There was no apology and they reiterated that their terms state “clearly” that they should have been informed within 24 hours. The replacement toilet pan was packaged in bubble wrap and arrived intact, unsurprisingly! I would NOT recommend this company and will never purchase from them again. BUYER BEWARE!
