    Had over 70 broken tiles and returned 60 for a refund to be told they needed photo evidence but I had them in the back of my van ready for viewing. They wouldn't give me a refund and after discussing about whether I would ever use them again if I didn't get a refund for broken tiles but he didn't really care. So this is after an order this year for 3000 tiles on one job and this job was 1500. Didn't like the fact that he was basically calling me a liar.
