I have returned to Modbay following previous contracts and find them to be a very good company. Good Liaison with tenants affected by the works with good feedback from those tenants.
Me and my brother have used this company a number of times over the last few years to repair gutters and do over-cladding on industrial units we own. The work has always been great and done in a good time with no issues. Would highly recommend.
