   Someone like myself where I like to look and browse my items. It was a disappointment to find you can only purchase items online. The norwich branch os closed down and boarded up. Big let down! I only bought local 3m scotch brite pads on bulk load, so now will be buying elsewhere after 15 years. What a shame. Now they compete with every other online company in pricing. There's is not the cheapest either now I see. Sad times when you cannot get face to face customer service, a friendly face, chat and honesty.

   Went to the Norwich store during the week the lady said we are now closing, just after 4pm says on the internet they close at 4.30pm.so l went back today a different lady said we are internet only total waste of my time. If you have no shop might as well use Amazon.

   The vase I bought just filled with water and had dirt on it. The black spot on the bottom is your design. As for me telling this guest not to buy your ceramics, I introduced her to buy ceramic sparkling wine. I have the right to tell her not to buy it to avoid being deceived. Originally, I came here because I was busy with my time. She went to your store first, and then met at your store to buy things and help her to get some goods. And your attitude towards customers is very bad. When I complained, I went inside and didn't talk to me, I just said my dissatisfaction to the camera. I have scolded someone. you point it out to me. You said that your store marked that I had a photo and a word did not explain that your product just said that it could not be returned. And you don't pay for my product. I keep it too much and I want to exchange it for something else, but you won't give it. And the most important thing is that you didn't explain the function of the product to let customers understand. I was in a hurry to buy things, and there was time to see what was under you. There are photos for everyone to see. There is only your black shop in the world.
