    Beyond poor! Visited the wood yard in Diss for some wood and asked if it could be cut to fit in my van ? Was told they can’t cut wood due to Health and Safety ! Gave me a hand saw to do it myself as they watched ! What great duty of care to the customer! gave me a saw on their premises without any safety concerns for me ! It’s seems ok for untrained customers to hurt themselves with their equipment ! Laziest staff I have ever seen. Management should note this is a serous H&S breach apart from paying staff to do nothing.

    Whilst upskilling and gaining my gas safe, this branch has removed all my trade discount, my advice is to go elsewhere and ask for a discount as other local firms are far more amenable to local business .

    Terrible service, took payment in full for a brick order and then denied having received payment, told I couldn't have paid over the phone and that as they didn't find the payment on their system I hadn't made it. Eventually after 30 minutes on the phone insisting on speaking to the manager they found they payment but blamed their computer not the person who took the order. Delivery time 3 weeks!
