   Dave Squires, locksmith at Clements was, hero of the day. Urgently came out to my mum’s property to break the lock, as she had fallen. All before 9.00 am and just in time, as the paramedics arrived. This is the second time that Dave has come to my mum’s rescue. Cannot thank or recommend Dave, enough. Thani you so much.    worse service ever i had .bought a paint from the shop but i needed to return it they said they won’t refund the money they will do a credit instead of refund what will i do with a credit i need my money back as i no longer need the item and they even don’t mentioned about the policy they have one of friend bought a fan then it wasn’t working he tried to return and get the money but they refused him to return the money back come on man who’d like to have credit instead of refund what if i leave this area or never need anything from their shop what will i do with the credit don’t buy anything from this shop guys

   I visited on Monday, the 25th, but the store was closed despite their website, social media, and Google information indicating it was open. It was a bank holiday, but they should have updated this information to avoid inconveniencing their customers. I checked all available sources to see if they had communicated the closure before I left for the shop. I am very disappointed that they wasted my time like this! I’ll choose Timpsons for key cutting and I get my hardware needs from B&Q from now on!

   One of Wymondham's best assets. This traditional hardware shop has friendly knowledgeable staff able to help out DIY novices. They sell almost anything you are likely to need including nails and screws etc. in small quantities , but still cheaper than elsewhere. Just don't ask for fork handles I think they have heard that one before.
