   I had an excellent experience at the Tod’s store in Bicester Village. The boutique is beautifully presented with a great selection of items, but what truly stood out was the service. Joshua, one of the colleagues in store, went over and beyond to help us. He was patient, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I ended up buying more than I had planned simply because the service was so good. Highly recommend both the store and Joshua in particular for anyone visiting Bicester Village.

   Great selection and impressive size range for an outlet. I found a pair of shoes I absolutely loved for a fraction of the online price—definitely a great bargain!

   I am not sure she was the store manager, but the lady who was in till was really rude and directive on 2nd of March around 5:04pm. I believe Tod’s need to improve how to behave to customer skills of store team.

   Was shopping with my wife in the shop yesterday. We were approached by a friendly sal s assistant who helped my wife pick the right shoe style to wear every day. I believe her name was Kiki!

   Terrible store manager and service! We visited this shop on 19 Jan. We arrived 30 minutes before closing. My husband asked to try on 2 pairs of shoes. 30 minutes later they had only given him one pair even though the store was nearly empty. They then asked us to leave as the store had closed! We asked to speak to the manager. After we explained to her the situation, she snapped at us that their stock guy left a few minutes ago and we needed to wait several more minutes. She could not have been more rude. Didn't even apologize for the terrible service and the inordinant wait times. After she served us, we thanked and she had the gaul to not even respond. Even though she and her staff were in the wrong. I don't her name (she refused to give it to us) but she has an eastern european accent. Tods, you need to do something about the terrible management and service in this store.
