   The Chinese girl who works here needs to learn how to treat customers with dignity. It seems she is only interested in serving people from her own country. I think she forgot that this store is in the UK and that maybe English people will shop here. I did buy a pair a shoes from the young guy who worked there because he was humble and genuinely showed an interest in my custom. If the manager ever reads this, please get in touch and I will explain further.

   Went to Bicester for a present for my cousin and also looking for moccasins for driving. Got an additional discount for purchasing everything I needed from Bally, but most importantly was very impressed by the lady who served me and went back and forth so many times for sizes and designs. Great value, quality and service, thank you!

   There is a foreign woman with heavy makeup who has a bad attitude towards other employees. Maybe it's the management. After looking for the size, I found a friend and went to another store and came back. It looks like I just came out of the toilet and told you that I couldn't find it. No wonder it's been a year. Going to the store again is still such a small room.
