Staff friendly and helpful. Ordering on line is a nightmare. It's quicker to go to the shop and order. All they seem to be concurned about is losing in losing email addresses etc. Even when you pay at the shop its all about post code .. name ... email address .. such a waste of time when all you want to do is get in an and get out .. started using screwfix again .. quicker smoother service.
Clean bright nicely laid out. Ordering items on phone and collecting seamless. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the gentleman that served me looked a bit dour and a hello or a smile would have been nice. Definitely would use again, seems better value than the competition.

I visited North Walsham Toolstation on 02/09/22 to purchase a flu guard. I was served by Lauren the store manager who contacted an employee called Bob to get some information about the best product for the job. Even though Bob was not at work he gave me 2 options for the item and advised which material would be best (Bob has been an engineer for 50 years). As I needed to know what materials were needed to fix the guard on Lauren found a youtube video demonstrating attachment which I was invited to watch with her. Following this I was asked if I would like to wait for a short while to speak to Bob which I did and I can only say Fantastic, he goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction as does Lauren. Another thing I noticed was the team work in the store - they have it spot on, big high five to All!
Great customer service! Hannah & Lauren are amazing! Really friendly, quick and good at what they do, Hannah’s cutting skills spot on! Would recommend anyone to go and see. And these two are a lot better than down the road! 100%
