   Always waiting at the counter for them to come out from the back. When there is a queue of 3-4 people expect to wait for 20 min minimum, they move very slow and the IT systems are very slow as well. Hassle trying to return products. I would avoid at all costs, unless you have no other choice.

   Everytime I go in they pretend that have not seen you and blank you when your waiting at the counter. That being said when someone finally thinks to deal with you they are pleasant and helpful

   VERY DISAPPOINTED. An appointment was made to accept delivery of a boiler on Friday morning between 10.00 and 12.59. Didn't arrive. I rang British Gas who contacted PTS and they could not say when it could be delivered. I was then told that the boiler would be delivered first thing Monday from 07.00. The engineer rang me at 7.30 to confirm that he would be here at 8.00. I advised him the boiler had not arrived. He phoned PTS and was told it was on route. Yes, you've guessed it, it wasn't. The engineer then had to go to Norwich to pick it up. Why British Gas use this firm I don't know but I suggest you don't
