   I stayed at 27 with my partner for our anniversary trip to brighton and it was a great place to stay! The room was perfect for what we needed, a nice clean cosy room to rest our heads and was well located and affordable. Would definitely stay again!

   Stayed at 27 last weekend for my partners birthday, great apartment (clean and tidy with great facilities) and great location! Really enjoyed running on the seafront in the morning too :) Great local recommendations for breakfast and dinner that were walking distance from the apartment, would def stay again :)

   Was down for a weekend with the girls for my 40th birthday, 8 of us well behaved ladies all visiting Brighton for the first time. The weekend started brilliantly as soon as we walked in the door the place was stunning it was almost like it was brand new and we were the first to stay there. the place was beautiful some lovely little personal touches so you could see the owners were going the extra mile. It was a couple of minutes from the station and was perfect for us. Would like to thank the owners for making our first stay in Brighton a great one will be back for sure

   We stayed here when we had family down for a gathering. Have to say the whole appt was like a showroom it was immaculate from top to bottom. In fact we have already booked it again for May Can’t wait to have the relatives stay in our place and we will be here in luxury again ! So close to the station and the seafront, perfect position. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
