   I recently called into The wardrobe & thought it was more like a charity shop not what I was expecting. I did buy a designer bag & when I got it home a noticed a large stain inside & a bit missing from the front detail which wasn't pointed out when I bought it & nothing mentioned on the label. Maybe if it was pointed out when the packing was taken out of the bag by the owner I wouldn't have bought it. I have recently sent it back & did get a full refund after I made numerous phone calls & texts. Feeling disappointed.

   Absolutely fantastic shop in Shrewsbury. The owner, Emma, is the most honest salesperson I've ever met and her knowledge of fashion and the stock in the shop meant I had a personal shopper who told me the truth when things didn't suit me and found me a dress I think is my new favourite item of clothing of all time. I never would have even picked it out to try on. I have been here lots of times now and love browsing and finding amazing bargains. And love the fact I'm buying pre-loved. Not something I thought I'd ever say but the quality is just fantastic. There is a new store next door now too, selling vintage clothing. Give yourself a good chunk of time to visit.... see you soon Emma! And thank you again for your help.

   Good idea but owner is not friendly all the time. I took some more items in to add to the ones I had previously dropped off, it was on a Saturday as I work in the week, and although she spent 5 mins nattering to her friend while I was waiting, was unable to look at them due to being so busy! I took them straight to New to You instead as they do the same thing and they also charge less.

   I love The Wardrobe! I was on a weight loss mission last year and their business model was perfect for me, I’d bring in my clothes that were getting too big to sell and then come back in a month and use whatever credit I had to buy new to me clothes in my new size. I love that she’s selective on what she takes in so you know you are getting quality pre-loved items. She also is incredibly charming which doesn’t hurt one bit!!

   Love everything about the wardrobe and I think Emma is just wonderful. I have sold through there and also brought lots of lovely clothes and a pair of trainers that I have worn so much will walk off on their own soon! I feel relaxed to play dress up and browse in my own time ... Even with a crazy toddler in tow and also importantly at the moment I feel safe to shop.
