   The property manager Francesca Crawford is absolutely brilliant and very helpful! She is quick to respond to any issues that arise and equally prompt in facilitating communication between the landlord and tenant and any other third party (repair persons etc). During any times of stress- e.g. moving out, dealing with someone as kind, polite and understanding as her is an absolute joy. I'm lucky and grateful to have had her as my property manager!

Marketing usually efficient, good market insight on appropriate pricing, and online signing of contracts is easy. Charlotte manages our ongoing services, when things need repairing, it is quickly notified,and usually resolved quickly if you use Leaders sister company, a bit harder when you ask for other companies to be used.

   I started renting quite an expensive property through Leaders recently and so far have found everything about the service Daisy from lettings provided absolutely unmatchable. From the start she was extremely accommodating, even when I accidentally got the time for viewing wrong by an entire day she was able to be with me in just 15 minutes to view it so there was no need for me to make another trip the next day. At the viewing Daisy was professional in both appearance and attitude, I loved her colourful nails too, they definitely highlight her bright, bubbly personality and made me feel more at ease that I was parting with my money towards a friendly company. In terms of getting all the paperwork done, she made it incredibly easy, letting me know everything that was needed so I could collect it all together and send it over. I was in my new property within five days, which although may not always be possible is definitely indicative of Daisy and Leaders Hove's attention to efficiency. Over all the experience I've had has been fantastic so far. I was anxious about moving in the middle of a rental crisis but Leaders Hove made it completely stress free. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Charlotte from the management team has been great and we can always rely on her help or advise when we need it! We've used many real estate agents in Brighton but these guys are by far the best.
