   All the Toolstation stores seem really good, they seem to be the best trade stores in general from my experience! The staff in Dereham were more than happy to help out and order in some bits n pieces we hadn't bothered to plan ahead for, because we're lazy like that :)

The branch manager even came over and helped suggest other items I would have needed with this so really went above and beyond for me. Great teamwork, and a very happy customer.    Really helpful staff with a great attitude and friendly manner. I ordered online and the store called me swiftly to tell me something on my order was out of stock, and they were really sorry about it. Being informed in a timely fashion in a polite and informative way makes the fact the item is not on stock less of a problem. As it happens, I got the refund in under 24 hours and got what I wanted at Screwfix.
