Order two pairs of shoes, tracked them on hermes and they said its been delivered but I haven't received any parcels!
3 stars is for there online service and we only went in store to pick up and return items. Took them 4 days after ordering an item that was supposed to be in stock to then tel us it was unavailable and when we ordered a replacement that came in a wrong size with no more available!
Great staff, very helpful. Not overly impressed with amount of stock.
