   Having been given 2 months notice on my rental property, it was literally all systems go to find and buy and new house in Preston Park area of Hove - Kate was no less than amazing in the search, understanding exactly what I wanted and needed and wanted. Admittedly I was a bit stressed and needy and Kate was always calm, helpful and thought out of the box! Clearly she has a great reputation with sellers and buyers alike and I would have no hesitation at all in recommending her and the team who were also always lovely to speak with, remaining professional and personal.    From our first meeting, when Tom came prepared with research on the likely market for our home and examples of marketing materials developed for similar properties, Brand Vaughan customer service was excellent. We were thoroughly supported through the process of getting reading for viewings, then viewings, offers and acceptance of the best and final offer. After that a dedicated staff member kept tabs on progress of the sale, liaising with both our buyers and other agents in the chain. Selling a house is never stress-free but they made it as smooth and straightforward as possible.

   We were happy with Brand Vaughan during our purchase journey. They helped a lot, chased the seller and seller's solicitor for us, stayed in touch all the time and made sure things were going forward. They are sometimes hard to catch on the phone but they are super responsive over emails so no issue here. We also used their recommended solicitor and we really liked him a lot. They gave us beautiful flowers on the completion date as well - a small thing but honestly it was so nice. We'd use them again for purchase and sale.

   I am beyond happy with the service I received from Brand Vaughan when selling my house. A purchaser was found by the super efficient Kate the first weekend it went on the market, and the fabulous Chloe took care of all my sales progression needs, which were often quite challenging, to say the least. How she stays so upbeat and cheerful is a mystery, but she should bottle it, and make her fortune. The abundance of Brand Vaughan ‘sold’ signs around town tells the story, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

   We found the service provided by David and the Team at the Preston Park office excellent. They endured me frequently flying into the office with queries and concerns with very good grace. My particular thanks go to Chloe in the sales completion section as the six months between accepting the offer and completion was not without its difficulties. She was constantly cheerful and encouraging. We got there in the end and although we will forever look back nostalgically on our lovely home at Garden Cottage we are very pleased with our new home and location. Thank you all. Sara Piper

Their initial marketing was speedy but thorough, with good quality photos. The team were always approachable and advised us throughout the sale process.    We recently purchased our house through Brand Vaughn, the agent who showed us the house was lovely and the team were very helpful in the initial search phase. When Brand Vaughn had any questions for us they were in touch straight away, however our one criticism was that if we tried to call them often it was not as easy to get hold of someone. Buying a house is a stressful process at the best of times but overall, we were really pleased with Brand Vaughn's service and wished we had sold our old house through them too.
