    Had to wait 30 hrs for home delivery booked 14:30 Friday afternoon,arrived 20:05 Saturday night no apology -phoned store Friday afternoon male staff member implicated it was my problem nothing he can do, lied to by male staff on phone Friday he actually said I PROMISE delivery 5-7 Saturday LIES LIES LIES & Saturday when it still did not arrive no one even answered phone !!! Last week they delivered wrong shopping Week before arrived 4 hrs late NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN NIGHTMARE ON ICELAND STREET.

    Couple of members of staff are super lovely. I did go in recently and over heard commotion with a ‘customer’ who I assume is a known thief to them, but the way they spoke to them was shocking. Iceland used to be affordable, but now it’s gotten super pricy, but it’s good that they still have their £1 range.

    Ordered buffet food on Wednesday so that it would all be ready for Boxing Day. Saturday morning (Christmas eve) we received an email to say 70% of our order was refunded. It took them 3 days to let us know everything was out of stock, leaving us no time to replace the food somewhere else. Terrible service. Don’t bother.

    Dont bother doing home delivery. Better off buying by eye yourself. Whoever pick stock for hime delivery need a refresher course. Literally each time get delivery theres items missing , damaged or thawed out. Fruit n veg dont bother ordering as it look at times like picked off compost heap. 2 packs belgian buns delivered after 6pm with same day date on. Icing literally all dissolved on top so can see been lying around. If in shop would of probably been reduced. Russian roulette on dates.
