The customer service staff here are frankly unpleasant (females). I got pizza meal deal and it charged full price at self serve checkout. Went to customer service and the woman was rude and abrupt and accused me of fraud because she couldn't find the item on the receipt. Then I pointed it out,no apology here humbleness. Should have sued them for defamation of character. Go to the new Sainsbury's,it's better.

Appalling attitude from a staff member today. Went to tobacco counter, lady in front. Had seen a Tesco staff member take a case of Coke a cola and place on side of counter. Lady in front of me had finished, so I stepped forward to place my purchase on the counter. When the Tesco staff member said " that's fine you jump ahead of me in a sarcastic tone" I said sorry, I thought you were staff, ( me thinking she was taking something to the counter to be scanned for a customer) Her reply was" I am staff but I buy things as well" Well Karen ! (actually by name and by nature) perhaps you need to learn some customer service skills, or your manager needs to address in your next supervision. Remember without customers no revenue, no wages !!

Sadly a store that is rapidly going downhill thanks to its so-called ongoing improvements. The aisles are now even tighter as they have crammed more in and the shelves are so high (where they keep stock) that it has a claustrophobic feeling. The new layout is not helpful having to go round in circles for fruit and veg and the stock availability is even worse than it used to be. Tend to only use the store for top up shops as product availability is limited. Given the fact that the town is undergoing another big expansion this store will not cope. Now seriously considering shopping elsewhere, sadly.

They were in the middle of swapping chiller cabinets for new ones so weren't stocking items i would usually buy. Fine for a holiday shop. Excellent EV charging facilities.

Way under staffed on a Thursday morning at 11.45am. Only two tills open and many people with filled trollies backing up the aisles. Asked the 'supervisor' who was standing there staring into space, if they could open some more tills please? Just got a one word of NO as an answer! Talk about waste of space, she was doing nothing but standing and watching the mayhem - I've seen a more proactive lamp post in my time! Most of the staff are usually brilliant however, but they clearly need more help here.

Good store, my personal regular store In aylsham as it's the cheapest but still has great products. The staff there are excellent, there may be a few where at the self checkouts they'll keep bugging you about your bag but they cant bring down the whole store! I'd reccomend for the aylsham area but if you can and are low on funds I'd just drive to north walsham lidl or norwich lidl or aldi as you'll save more just going there.

The amount of products that are present within the store is impressive, and the quality of them is usually adequate, but I am hoping addition of glass bottles of water and sodas without artificial sweeteners shall occur.

This is a medium sized Tesco store. It has the same keen prices as the full sized superstore but not as extensive a collection of goods, for example there is no cafe or clothes section. This store is the only mainstream supermarket for miles (sorry Budgeons you don't count) which means it has a large client base and is often busy. The car park is a little small and at busy times you can struggle to find a spot. There is a large car park across the road although it is intended for customers of the Bure Valley light railway station. There is a small area for bicycles and a reserved space for a couple of motorbikes. Parking is free. There are a couple of cash machines to the left of the store entrance. Inside there are functional toilets and a customer help desk. There is a reasonable selection of food and drink which I've always found to be of good quality. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
