   Dining chairs are good quality and well priced. Low score because I was looking for UK Made, and was told the chairs were made in Ireland. Giant Made in Vietnam label on the box, and on the tag of each chair. Honesty please guys. We had a whole conversation about reducing carbon footprint & supporting local economies.

Mark has been absolutely fantastic throughout incredibly understanding and supportive from the very beginning. He took the time to listen to our situation, offered thoughtful advice, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. His calm and professional manner made a real difference and helped turn what could have been a stressful experience into a smooth and reassuring one. It's rare to come across such genuine customer care, and Mark’s approach really stood out.    Went into this store on the 1st Jan this year and dealt with Mark. Ordered a sofa and paid £200 deposit and was told it would take “aprox 10 weeks”. 16 weeks later i had not heard a word so I call them and get told numerous stories about why it was delayed. Lots of back and forth, calls and emails, with MFC blaming their supplier. I got copied into various emails to their “supplier” which was basically Kyle on his personal email address (who I suspect is the Kyle who works there at MFC and not an external supplier at all, otherwise a very convenient coincidence). Then today (3rd May) I get told that the supplier has problems and that it will never turn up. I get an apology and my £200 refunded. So now I’m back at square one, five months later, and will have to order from some place else and wait aprox another 10 weeks after that. Worst service ever.

   We had a lovely welcome by Kyle at the MFC Sofa Store. They have a lovely selection of furniture and we soon found the one we wanted, in the colour we wanted and in the size we wanted. It was delivered yesterday and we are very pleased with it. Because our room is small we only needed one armchair and a sofa but it does look gorgeous in our little living room. Communication between us and MFC has also been great. Thank you MFC.
