Yes, it's a beautiful building, but we ate here on a quiet mid-weeknight and were really disappointed. The food was OK (you get what you pay for!) but everywhere was absolutely filthy, we struggled to find a table that wasn't piled high with dirty glasses or plates, there was rubbish on the floor. The waitress cleaned our table after she brought over our drinks, but only because we asked her to, and although there were plenty of staff around no one seemed to be clearing things away or wiping tables. Not a good experience, worst Spoons we've been in.

Hands down the most gorgeous Spoons I've ever been to (and I've been to lots) It's absolutely stunning and feels really special. Totally love the Opera House history and so glad they preserved as much of it as they have. The Alfredo pasta with added chicken and maple bacon was so good. And my daughter loves the Ramen Bowl. Can't fault the food, service or atmosphere

We were walking past this building and at first i thought it was an old casino because of the gaming machines. But when we wandered in, we were surprised and in awe at how beautifully restored this old opera house is. Take a closer look around, especially the upper level booths. It is very pretty. Better yet the drinks are cheap!!!!! Lots of older folks here drinking so you know this is the place to get a cold one. They had an enormous menu of EVERYTHING. Apologies I forgot to get pics of the menu but it was impressive. We only had a couple drinks here and we were enjoying the people watching. According to signage you can book reservations for dinner for two people max in one of the opera booths. Awesome.

What a venue!!!! Have to admit a fantastic and spectacular place to eat or just visit for a drink. We went on a Saturday evening and the place was vibrant and busy but not overpowering. The food was as you expect from Spoons, very reasonable, tasty and when combined with a drink exceptional value. Also a mention of the service, it was exceptional considering how busy the place was. Well worth the visit.

I wasn’t here just for a drink but have a look to the building which was impressive opera house. Beautiful interior in gold and red. Once you are in, you feel like stepped back in history. very cosy and relaxing atmosphere. There was big group of students from Europe visiting there too for taking photos. Btw good and fast service. Stuff were helpful. Drinks always fairly price in Spoon as usual. Spacious seating area. Anyhow don’t miss a chance to have a look inside or drink while you around area. Its worth.
