I waited months for my delivery and only half delivered. I paid over £100 for the delivery and only received my sofa and not chair, Do I get a refund? If I wasn’t home I probably be charged again, and yes I’m not pleased as I work night shifts regularly, and when I phoned to complain, the lady cut me off.
Worst furniture store I've ever experienced. Upon entering the store and choosing our furniture the staff go above and beyond. They convince you to go with the more expensive option, get full cover and assure that your furniture will be delivered within 6 weeks of purchase. It's been nearly 6 months now and still no furniture. We were told they would call us 1 week before our furniture is due to be delivered to arrange a day, then they would call the day before to arrange a time. 2 days ago we got a message saying our furniture would be delivered today. However we didn't get any phone call last night to arrange a time or anything. This makes it incredibly frustrating as we need to move our old furniture out ready. So we are waiting for a phone call as to when our furniture will be coming today and we will have yo rush around to take furniture out of the house before they arrive. We've been back to the store twice and both times we were told that their manager would contact us, there was no contact. Even the worker was surprised when we told them we haven't had any calls or any updates on our furniture. Before ordering we asked them If we'd be contacted to choose a delivery date as my husband works 12 hour shifts and I am disabled so I can't move furniture. They assured us we would be contacted a week before delivery is due so we can choose a date. If we had known that all of this was going to happen we would have never ordered the furniture. If the furniture doesn't come today as expected we will be cancelling the order and requesting a full refund. Honestly this has been the worst experience I've ever had with a furniture company. Unbelievable!

Bought a new sofa the staff were so helpful not pushy at all. Really pleased with my purchase and the customer service.

Bought a table and chairs from this place last year and one of the chairs have broken in half. We have been told today that the warranty does not cover it because it's just ran out. Joke of a place will never shop in this place again.
I’d highly recommend the sales professional Andrew at SCS in Llanelli. He was very friendly, professional and helpful towards my mother who was purchasing furniture and flooring. He was very informative and provided brilliant customer service. He allowed my mother plenty of time to consider the options and gave great service with no pressure.
I enjoyed my visit, because there was no pressure to buy on the spot and the sales people were happy to answer my questions. I ordered fabric covered furniture at a very reasonable price and am looking forward to seeing it in about 6 weeks.
