    I've been a loyal customer to this Morrisons for a decade or more. This place has gone down hill in the last few years. The shelves are empty in the morning and early evening which is when I would normally pick my evening meal. They have chosen to only fill the shelves in the day. Not when they are closed or late evening ready for the next day. From a business perspective this is bad practice and allows the shelves to be empty for to much of the opening hours. Things I love disappear from the shelves but is readily available from Tescos. The new fridges have done nothing but cause chaos and confusion, with handles already broken off, not to mention the germ perspective of them. I hate the new self serve with the screens, watching and taking pics of you when it messes up and presumes you are the culprit for it's stupidity. I'm saddened by how far this supermarket has fallen, I would always give Morrisons the" I wouldn't shop anywhere else speech" but I've done nothing but complain about how much it's let me down in recent years. The only reason I continue to shop there is out of convenience to my home placement. I have been shopping more and more at Tescos out of fustraction, due to no stock on the shelves. At this rate, i'll be surprised if they make it another 5 years, if all Morrisons stores are all working the same way. I have been meaning to do this review for a while and it saddens me that it's so negative because what once was a nice place to shop has now become nothing but a painful and frustrating experience.

    Ordered some party food for my son’s birthday party. Everything seemed fine till the morning when we went to pick it up. They gave us completely wrong items not even having checked the order, where it was clearly stating what I ordered (I only ordered few things, so not sure how they could mess it up). We couldn’t check all of it straight away as it was covered thoroughly and we expected it to be correct. Half way back home they called us to say they actually gave us the wrong thing. Had to go back and sort it all again. Caused us unnecessary stress on the morning of the party. Will not order party food from them again.

    Went for lunch. Waited what seemed overly long ( about 20 minutes), the chips that arrived were not hot, they were replaced quickly with hot ones. Unfortunately, these were undercooked. We had to be elsewhere so due to the long initial wait we didn't have time to complain again and had to leave with a lot of lunch uneaten. Disappointing.

    The part of the carpark where it's Click and Collect needs to be better signed that there is NO ENTRY to that part where the In Post lockers are. It appears that some of Derehams finest are unable to read the NO ENTRY painted in the road, then have a go at those who trying to tell them it is NO ENTRY.

    Great store with everything you need in one place! There’s a huge selection of groceries, pet food, car accessories, and clothing. They also have a café serving hot food and nice meal deals. The store offers lots of special offers, accessible toilets, and baby changing facilities for convenience. You can even pick up birthday cards, flowers, and helium balloons — perfect for any occasion.

    My Wife and I went into there store this afternoon to buy some fish from there fish counter ,we stood there for several minutes,waiting for someone to come and serve us ,but no one turned up ,we moved along to the salad section were two members of staff seemed to be just lazing around, I asked the young girl if there was anyone serving the fish counter ,she replied, I will get someone she then went and used the telephone,we had both gone back to fish counter to wait to be served,but after waiting again for several minutes,we decided to leave,this very poor customer service and we will not be going back to a Morrisons store again .

    Limited product choices. Checkout staff are nice but not enough of them. Floor staff bar one or two know nothing of foods being stocked or never hear of some products. Happy with the butcher. Kiosk staff very slow and not particularly friendly.

    Me and my partner popped on for a breakfast while shopping on Sunday. Never again. We ordered our 2 x breakfasts and 2 lattes and found a table to sit at eventually. I say eventually as most of the tables hadn't been cleared. Our breakfasts came after waiting 35 mins, by then our drinks had been finished. The breakfast was awful mainly cold. The worse ever. Was going to complain but, only 2 staff working. More staff needed.

    No trolleys at the entrance. The fruit and vegetables look like they have seen better days. Also load of the freezer section not even got prices on. Looks so dark in the shop now especially in the bakery section. There is also loads of rubbish in the carpark maybe put some extra rubbish bins around the carpark for people to use.

    As far as Morrisons go this has to be the best one I've been to. Great staff and value. Amazing home made produce, especially the bread from the bakery. Fantastic cafe too.
