   We were served by a gent called Cameron. Great with us and kind to our daughter. Made her feel a part of the experience too which we appreciated. Seemed very knowledgeable and avoided feeding us any typical sales nonsense. Seemed like a really genuine guy and that’s definitely a huge part of why we bought the mattress then and there. My one thing I’d pick on- there was a pillow on one mattress that appeared to have been used previous by someone who’d had a fresh haircut or beard trim.

   I had a great experience with John 2 years ago. Since then I have relocated to Caerphilly and recently bought a home. I had an awful experience with one of your competitors in Caerphilly and customer service was night and day difference. So I travelled over 50 miles to Bensons Llanelli yesterday. Just due to the quality of customer service I received 2 years ago. John is a asset to your business. On this occasion Cam took care of us and he was also expectational. He listened to what we needed and found us the best product. Much appreciated!

   Llanelli Store and purchasing experience excellent with polite and supportive staff. All downhill after that. Delivery guys politely refused to assemble the bed. When I did so there were 4 castors missing so I could not use the mattress on the base and there was a broken drawer in the base. It took 20 mins to get through to customer services. I would have to wait 4 weeks for replacement castors from the supplier. They could not help with the broken drawer. I would have to send pictures to a Bensons email address. I did so and had an automatic response telling me they would contact me in 10 OR MORE DAYS! Customer care services really need to address their supply and replacement issues! Bensons For Beds?.....more like Bensons For Bedlam! Shame on you Bensons!

   I would never deal with this firm or company ever again once thay have your custom and if you have any issues the store will not deal with any problems what so ever I would highly recommend togo else where and no point in taking out insurance cover as it does cover nothing

   Delivery was due between 7am and 1pm. Did not arrive until gone 4.30pm. Whilst there was some problems at the depot I was not kept informed until 30mins before Delivery and wasted a day off work.

   Brought by surly and unfriendly courier. They put the mattress down (in its plastic cover) on the mud on the building site (we live on a new development, parts of which are still under construction), then tramped in the mud some 40-50 yards to the house. Refused to take their boots off due to health and safety, they said. We were not ging to have their dirty boots and the dirty package on the brand new flooring and carpets, so they put the stuff in the garage. The polythene covers (apart from the mud) were filthy with dust. We shall not be buying from Bensons again unless we get a guarantee that you will not send that courier again. We were expecting much better and that the delivery people would take the bed to the intended bedroom. Also, for reasons we cannot guess at, this was only just under half the order which we placed. The remainder is coming tomorrow and we hope for a very much better service. All very unsatisfactory, I'm afraid, you can and MUST do better. I think a modest offer of compensation would be in order.
