Nice store but I won't be going there again. A lunch a couple of Saturdays ago cost me £100 fine from the profiteering Euro Car Parks. If Dunelm want continuing business, they need to tell their landlords to give ECP the boot.
Store is a standard Dunelm store however the Pausa cafe puts out dirty cutlery for customers. They had dirty cutlery last time we went so I thought it was a one off, but no. They can't be bothered to check it clearly. After a bit of hunting I found a decent knife and fork. Won't be going back there in a hurry.
Got myself some bargains and this fabulous smiley very helpful member of staff modelled an apron for me so I could send the photo to my bosses for them to authorise the purchase. Thank you lovely young lady ❤
Well me and my wife came here for new towels and a great selection fare play, but at the check out we was served by the most miserable women ever, no name tag but shoulder length brown hair, her attitude stunk, she was like she had no presents for Christmas and brought her mood to work, if she would smile her face would crack. If your don't like your job love move on.
If you can't get it in here then you don't need it, the only bad thing I will say, once again we were let down in the cafe and finished off leaving with nothing. The girls in the cafe are fantastic but too much pressure is put on them during busy periods and they have no back up, Dunelm, get your act together and employ more staff during busy weekends, you are lucky to have such excellent staff don't lose them by overworking them.

It was about 5:30 pm on Thursday afternoon but no one could be found on the floor or in the Cafeteria to answer our query or to order a cup of coffee! However, there is a vast selection of household goods on sale and there was a cashier visible - the only person we could see!
