    On day 2 of my holiday I fell at the train station in Norwich. When limping into the shop the lady who I have since asked her name (Gail) not only rang her husband to go and get the crutches in her house (he was fishing and left it to come and deliver them to me ) she asked me to take a seat and looked if she had any ibuprofen gel in her own bag Thanks to this kindness I was able to get around for the week with the help of the crutches. The shop we used many times in our two week stay. Well stocked and well laid out. All the ladies were friendly Wish such a shop was where I live

    They don't know im local so I know what people say about how they treat people an the pricing an so far I have to agree with the bad review but I do have to say they have always been polite to me! Yes it is expensive an the range of products is terrible I honestly don't see where they make their money as there is nothing there I feel for some of the elderly or sick like myself as its the only shop in walking distance to this area!

    Pulled up outside and didn't immediately walk in to shop. Owner walked up and swore at me, saying the public parking bay was meant for his customers only. Needless to say I drove to another space and shopped elsewhere in the village.
