Bought a really nice burgundy wool stone island jumper today, made to feel welcome, first time in the store which I thought would be small, 5 floors of designer goodness. Shrewsbury are very lucky to have it. I will be traveling from telford now every time a need a new piece .. Great customer service

Fantastic Shopping Experience with Helpful Alteration Service. My husband recently bought a pair of jeans from Pocket’s Menswear, but they were a standard leg length and ended up being too long. Fortunately, the staff were incredibly helpful and let us know they offer an in-store service to shorten the jeans. It’s great to have that convenience, and it shows their commitment to making sure customers leave satisfied. The whole shopping experience was excellent—high-quality clothing, a great selection, and attentive service. I highly recommend Pocket’s Menswear for anyone looking for stylish menswear and a customer-focused experience!
I can honestly say that my visit to Pockets today was nothing short of amazing. I’ve been into menswear for over ten years now and have shopped in many establishments in that time. Pockets was by far the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. George is an absolute credit to the team, he looked after me and my partner from the moment we entered the store, helping me with sizing and all questions I had. He turned my trip into what I can only call an amazing personal shopping experience. I’ve honestly never experienced service like it. Paul was also a fantastic person to deal with, I can’t thank him enough for being so accommodating and welcoming. I even got some of those lovely liquorice chocolates bought to me while I was shopping! The selection of items in store was huge and very well curated, this wasn’t your average flannels “fill the shelves with quick sellers” range. It was far better than any collection I’ve seen in recent years in any store. I honestly can’t see myself shopping anywhere else now. Thank you!
Disappointing. This was our first stop in shopping for a suit needed quite quickly as I'd seen the reviews and thought it would be an interesting place to shop. Firstly, before we even looked at anything, we were informed that suits start at upwards of £750 (good to know, I suppose, but it felt like a bit of a Pretty Woman moment) Then further disappointment to find the range quite limited. Disappointing all together

A really lovely shopping experience where you will find luxury clothing spread across 4/5 floors in a small boutique shop in Shrewsbury. If you have seen something on the website that you are going specifically for it might for it might be worth ringing ahead and checking as they have some stock off site that is website only. Definitely worth a visit though, just take lots of cash
