Try ringing them on the number given on their receipts (which is the same as the number given here by Google) and you'll see why I've given them one star. No decent company would let their phone line get into such a state, if it cared about its customers.
Returned a Christmas present today. The staff member was very cheerful and helpful.
The clothing is of excellent quality and the staff are always welcoming, friendly and helpful - this is always my go to shop for that extra special something to wear. Great selection of ladies clothes suitable for ages, shapes and sizes.
