We had the absolute pleasure of visiting Moss Bros for my husband's suit fitting, as he’s the best man at his friend's wedding. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism by the wonderful Mark and Eva. Their expertise, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience truly delightful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband felt confident and looked his best. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and willingness to help made the process seamless and enjoyable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you, Mark and Eva, for making such an important moment even more special.
The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly, helping with matters of style, fit etc. I was very impressed and will certainly shop there again (I wish I'd discovered the shop much earlier!)
The staff at Moss were nice but the whole experience was painful and very stressful.I wish I had ordered it on line,which is a sad state of affairs for retail .I helped my son order 6 three piece suits.Dont do it. Endless trips to the shop ,many suit items shuffling around from store to store taking weeks,I went to pick one item up myself from Telford in the end.Everytime I turned up to collect ,it took ages to find items .Given wrong items, security tags left on, one waistcoat had different colour back which I noticed myself.Noone seemed to take central responsibity for getting it right.Wrong items in suit bags meaning one of the groomsmen had to wear trousers too long and 4 inches too big on the waist. Just disorganised.Do they have any kind of systems and standards?
A really pleasant shopping experience. Very helpful and attentive, making urgent suit shopping quite enjoyable. What they don't have in store, they are able to order in by the end of the week and tailoring to fit is equally easy. Pleased!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY !!!!! DO NOT make an online appointment the store is closed !!!! I have booked and paid for Suit Hire, and paid for a 'Tailor Me' suit from this store in February 2020 for my wedding in 34 days. The suit when it did arrive was so badly made it will have to be completely remade which even the store manager agreed upon. Since then I know that we have had the Coronavirus lockdown this year but no one in this company will answer emails and they closed their customer support phone lines in April. I made an online appointment at this store yesterday and had a confirmation email to confirm the appointment. I took the day of work went to the store to find it closed. I am now stuck having spent over £700 in the store and I can not get a refund or any of my suits !!! I am now trying to claim back the money I have spent from my Credit Card Company as I am getting married in 33 days and have no suits. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM MOSS BROS !!!!
Fred and Rebecca were extremely helpful, they helped pick out a very smart 2 piece suit for my boyfriend when he literally had no clue what to go for! Customer service was outstanding and they were so friendly, definitely highly recommended! Thanks both!
An excellent experience from start to finish - Julie was incredibly helpful. The fitting went well, the clothes were high quality and were actually delivered sooner than expected. A change of size of jacket was smoothly accommodated, the Shrewsbury branch liaised well with other branches and all the personnel concerned were courteous / helpful, even when I thought I'd left some important paperwork in one of the suit jacket pockets , having already handed the items back weeks before. As it turned out, I hadn't, because I found the paperwork in my house later, but Julie went out of her way to search for it at Moss Bros. You couldn't ask for more.
