   Visited today 25/04/23 around 11 o’clock ish. Wanted to go in same changing room to show my mum the outfits. Asked the male staff member at the female changing rooms if it was ok for us to go together, he very abruptly said that we could not as the changing rooms are ‘too small’. We have visited this store many times and always been allowed to go together. I had 8 items to try on, he then said I was only allowed to try 6 on so would have to leave 2 out that I didn’t want to try (I wanted to try them all, hence why I’d bothered taking them to the changing room in the first place). While I was in the changing room, my mum saw several people going in and out of the changing rooms without him stopping them as he had walked away. Seems a very bizarre way of operating a changing room. Probably would have bought one of the tops that I couldn’t try on, but couldn’t be bothered to have to leave the changing room and go back in again to try them. He was wearing a Quba shirt so could not be easily identified as a staff member.

   Went to the Shrewsbury store. The clothes were very creased. Didn't look like any of them had been steamed, just straight out of the boxes on to the hangers. Very unappealing! Waited in line for 20 mins while someone brought back a huge stack of items. One very nice girl serving but a red headed girl putting out clothes kept going past the que and ignoring it. Then she came over to que and yelled at all of us for queing imporperly! I won't be back!!

   Popped in to this shop today. No social distancing. To many people in store. Huge queue downstairs and no tills open upstairs. Ridiculous! Lady at the checkout was lovely though, she would get 5 stars!

   Visited the menswear department, it was a bit dingy feeling and quite rammed with racks so a tad overwhelming. I did choose an item and stood at the till to pay. I waited a minute but no one showed up so paid downstairs instead. Quick friendly service on the till down there though.

   Lovely shop where frankly we buy clothing gifts for our grandchildren during the twice yearly holidays we take in Shropshire. Not the best selection of children's clothing on this occasion ... but this might be the time of year. The staff turnover seems rather high but we have always found them helpful.
