   Brilliant team and very professional. Our new quartz counter tops have really enhanced our kitchen and utility room. I'd like to mention Anthony, Sam, Lewis and Richard as the team that dealt with us. They were all brilliant. We really thought Lewis went above and beyond when he was at our home for 3 days removing the old counter tops, supporting us when the quartz was layed down and on the third day putting everything back in it's place. He cleaned up after himself each day and in the end, he was like a part of our family. We are absolutely delighted with the finish. We would definitely recommend Dream Doors, Swansea

   The team at Dream Doors were so helpful at going through all of the options that I had - whether a full refit or partial refit. They had every colour of door, worktop and sink so I could get the right colour combination that I was looking for. They were super quick at getting a full quote - Lavine visited a few days after going to the showroom, bringing all the samples that I loved in the showroom to see what they would look like in the light of my kitchen (which is what sold me on choosing Dream Doors). Then he went through every single part of what I wanted in the kitchen, checked to see if I could still use the carcasses (which I could), and other small things like the edging of the cabinets that I never would have thought of. Then within a month, everything was ready to be installed. The guys turned up nice and early every day for the three days it took them. Both were so lovely. They went through the plan of the day when they got there, answered all questions and a small concern over the hood and walked through everything that they did when they were all done. They even cleared all the rubbish without me even noticing, and wiped the floors and worktops down from all the dust that was made. I did have a slight issue with the re-installation with the washing machine afterwards, which Lavine got Gareth back within a day and sorted it in minutes. I couldn't fault the team at all from start to finish. They have all been amazing and I just adore my new kitchen!

   Very pleased with the new kitchen they fitted for us. Unlike other companies, they had no issues with retaining our existing marble worktops and installing new cabinets and units around that. The communication before and after fitting was excellent and their after-sales service is highly recommended. We had minor issues with two units and they have been addressed with a personal call out. Their fitters were very pleasant and respectful and also extremely professional. They also took care of extra floor tiling that needed doing as well oven and dishwasher fitting/replacement, free of charge. Disposal of old kitchen units and appliances was also part of the deal. Can highly recommend this company.

   in one word "FANTASTIC" We made the right decision to contact Lavine and Jen who have the franchise for Dream Doors in Swansea. Not only is the quality of the work tops, carcasses and doors second to none, but Lavine and Jen certainly know how to pick their team. From the plasterer, painter, kitchen fitters, tiler, plumber and the electricians i have been amazed at the friendship we have made to all. So impressed i have requested they now totally gut and revamp my sons kitchen in his newly purchased house. And if i have any requests they are always dealt with very quickly. Very accommodating.
