   Incredible service Sigma at Swansea have installed our magnificent kitchen and I can only praise them, for the incredible job they have done. From the moment I visited their showroom, I felt valued and welcomed, with a friendly smile from all members of staff. Gavin our designer was incredible… From the moment I explained what I wanted, he listened carefully and offered his experienced opinion in a gentle and respectful manner. Gavin designed on paper, exactly what I had created in my mind for the kitchen. Gavin demonstrated the ability to generate a practical but beautiful kitchen seamlessly. The schedule of works they produced was kept perfectly and they remained - right on track! I was introduced to Beth and Rob at the store, both of whom continued the professional standard of care, I’d been used to by Gavin. Even the delivery drivers were great, punctual , pleasant and so helpful. As for Dean our fitter, words begin to fail as he was such a craftsman! He worked tirelessly and meticulously on our kitchen and produced a phenomenal result. A fantastic company to deal with.

   We are very pleased with Sigma team at Swansea as they guided from our first visit to the showroom to designing phase and completion of our Kitchen. Bryony has been exceptionally helpful and made each step of the process clearly. She communicated well and arranged meetings as required. She was patient with all our trivial questions and doubts. Tony joined our project and guided well too. We are very grateful to receive great service from Dean, Fitter. Overall it's was a great experience!

   We used Sigma3 Kitchens, Swansea. From beginning to end of our project - this company took great care of us. Our kitchen designer, Gavin - is very friendly, creative and gave expert advice and support throughout. The materials used are very high quality and we found there is great choice of innovative furniture. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. The fitters we had - Dan and Connor - are simply superb at installation and did everything possible to ensure we were happy with their work. Most importantly, all we were in contact with at Sigma3 - Gavin, Dan, Connor, Tony and Beth provided friendly, expert help throughout. When you are investing a lot of money in home improvements, you want to be sure you select the best company - we’re so pleased we did! Many thanks!

   Right from the start we were made to feel very welcome, valued customers. Bryony, who looked after us, was very professional, explained our options and took time to listen to our requirements. Her friendly, bubbly nature was a delight. We returned a week later where Bryony showed us the designs and options we had chosen. We later had Tony visit our home to confirm the measurments again, very professional and friendly. When the furniture was ready for fitting, we met Simon, a local craftsman. Craftsman in every sense of the word. His work is exemplorary, and we were kept informed of progress at every stage. We are thoroughly delighted with the quality and finish.    Sigma customer ref S22223 On moving house I agreed that my wife Emma could have her dream kitchen. As part of the planning process we visited a number of suppliers and had design consultations with SIGMA 3, Benchmarx and Howdens. What swayed us to go with Sigma was the obvious quality of the product for a competitive price and the professional and helpful (not pushy) service provided. Bryony, our design consultant provided advise and helped with suggestions re style and shape to fit our space and my wife's vision. Then building a computer image to allow us to visualize the end product. She then conducted a home survey to ensure our desired kitchen would fit / suit the space following knock through. Once we went firm on what we wanted (incl Neff white goods, with £700 cashback) Bryony also helped us select our quartz worktop, negotiating a price match to allow Sigma to supply and fit the complete kitchen. We agreed a fitting date to dovetail with the completed building works (wall removal, RSJ etc). Jason, the appointed Sigma installation manager then took over and liaised with me to ensure the building works timeline was being met and to advise on the process re snagging issues etc. He ensured that Dean, the appointed fitter had the necessary brief and was booked on site for the kitchen arrival. Dean did an excellent job fitting the kitchen with no fuss whatsoever. Jason then conducted further visits to ensure we were totally happy before final completion sign off. From start to finish the service we received from Sigma has been professional, friendly and informative. I would highly recommend anyone considering a new kitchen to visit Sigma in Llansamlett Swansea and ask for Bryony.

   Impeccable, breathtaking, useful. These are 3 words to describe Sigma 3 kitchens. The service was absolutely fantastic! I went in there looking for a new sigma girlfriend and came out with a brand new oven! I feel like the store connected with me emotionally and changed my life. If this isn’t heaven I don’t know what is. I come here on Sundays at 2AM to worship if you want to join me!

   Like another reviewer, we went to the showroom to buy a kitchen, but there was zero interest in engaging with us, even though there were no other potential buyers present. A very odd and off-putting experience.

   Brilliant professional service from start to finish. My kitchen designer was Ryan Thomas who gave me so much advice and perfectly put into practice the kitchen of my dreams . The kitchen fitters were fast clean and went above and beyond when they located a problem with the plumbing. I would definitely recommend Sigma 3 Llansamlet.
