   Good layout, massive amount of choice at reasonable prices and good quality. The restaurant is good, all the staff are friendly and helpful as they are throughout the store. A very pleasurable experience with the added bonus of ample carparking.

   Recently purchased a 5Five make Shelving unit from Leekes Cross Hands store.. I was helped by two lovely staff members of Leekes in which unit would be most suitable for the use I wanted it for. Both Lara and Paula were really lovely and so very helpful, it was a pleasure dealing with them and made shopping at Leekes a very enjoyable experience! Which sadly is not always the case in some stores these days. Thank you both very much I really appreciated the wonderful customer care you showed.

   5 Stars – Excellent Experience! I recently purchased a table and chairs from Leekes, and I’m thoroughly impressed with the quality – they’re well built and exactly what I was looking for. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Anna Jayne in particular made the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I’ll definitely be buying from Leekes again.    Great customer service from Gregg when I was looking for a new corner sofa. Gregg provided all possible options with no “ high pressure” sales. He was extremely patient and gave me the time & space to make my decision. He also phoned me the following day to advise that my delivery date will be a few weeks before the expected date. Very happy customer.

   The store has a good selection of household and garden items to suit a variety of budget. Be careful if using the restaurant. Spent so long in the queue for food that by the time I got to the till was impolitely told they were no longer serving food. Closed earlier than advertised. Not best pleased after waiting 20 mins for nothing.
