    We have found the guys at the store to be very welcoming and friendly, which is important especially with my daughters in their new home. They are helpful and I've noticed all the customers taken care of in our community, like part of a family. Thank you all for your hard work. They also allowed me to raise money for charity wood green pets at the shop

    How this shop is still open is beyond me! It doesn't even deserve 1 star! Out of date foods, drinks still being sold at full price, multipack items being sold separately at a ridiculous price, illegal vapes being sold to children, not wheelchair or pushchair friendly, the list goes on! An absolute disgrace of a shop!

    Ordered some things from Amazon to be delivered there, they didn’t want to give my stuff even thought i saw it as delivered!! I practically had to tell the guy multiple times to look for them and only after i pushed a lot he gave them to me. Kept saying he doesn’t have them and didn’t even care to look until i kept pushing! Extremely rude and definitely the last time!

    TRIED TO STEAL MY MOBILE PHONE. Took a mobile phone to be delivered back to retailer to this Londis. The retailer processed the order as a DPD Order and gave me a false barcode that did not work on their site. Next day when order hadn't been returned I called DPD who advised that the order was never scanned and the number given was fake. Called the retailer who said the return delivery method was Royal Mail not DPD. Went back to this Londis who pretended to not speak English and kept saying it was DPD. Could see my item on floor partly hidden. He tried to stop me seeing it. Me and another customer had to force him to give it back to me. REPORTING TO THE POLICE!

    Mrs put on £50 on the electric it went through in the bank but not on the electric key, so had to take time off work to sort it out as the chap in the shop wouldn't listen to her, after about an hour explaining it didn't go through and the guy not doing anything about it, had no choice but to leave and cone back later, i will give it to them the second guy was awesome and refunded.me straight away and said the machine was broken but still had to go 3 hours without electric and taking the afternoon off work, what a nightmare

    Has a very low star food rating but is open till very late so is convenient it's got a wide range of products from food to pet supplies, household cleaning products to alcohol. weather it's your gas or electric top ups to mobile phone top ups. It's staffed by hard working friendly staff that are always happy to help
