Took a bit of finding as not well sign posted, but once there we had a lovely time. Liam our guide was lovely and informative about his birds… they were beautiful and amazing to be up close too. Loved it
Such a fantastic experience for my 8 year old daughter! Owls are her favourite animals, so to get this close to 4 different size birds was incredible for her! The staff, both Grace & Liam were friendly, knowledgeable and very kind with her especially as she was a little nervous with a Great Grey Owl bigger than her head!! Strongly recommend, even accommodating to her 5 YO sister, letting her be part of the experience (not holding of course) at the end. Pre-booked private access only, meant the group size was perfect and didn't have to wait long for 'her turn'
One of the best experiences ever. Lovely estate and extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. Gail was a real expert and she ensured that all four of us had plenty of time with these beautiful and charismatic owls. We met Eileen, Haze, Dave and Coffey. I couldn’t pick a favourite as they are all awesome.
Our nieces say it’s the most wonderful place ever!! Liam was an incredible host. He is very articulate and knowledgeable about owls, but more importantly, very a passionate about the birds and the centre. He was great with the adults and the kids. We had lots of time with Eileen, Bindy, Haze & Dave. The 4 owls were gentle and grateful and the location is beautiful. A lovely way to spend a morning and to learn about the magnificent birds. Cannot recommend enough
Booked a 1.2.1 owl experience, and a friend came to watch and take pictures It was a fantastic day. The owls were brilliant. The trainers were very knowledgeable, kind, answered any questions we had, and they previously really cared for birds and their well-being. All of the owls were well trained and appeared happy. And they each had their own unique personalities. I would definitely recommend booking this experience.
We had an Owl and Raptor Experience for my mum's birthday present. It was a wonderful experience which we all enjoyed. Liam was very patient with us, answering all our questions and giving us ample time with the birds. I thoroughly recommend one!
Visited the Owl and Raptor Centre this Saturday for their Owl experience and had a fantastic time! Liam was extremely knowledgeable about each of the owls we met, and it was very clear how well he knows and cares for each individual bird. It was great having just two of us meeting the owls as we were able to spend loads of time with them and learn all about them! I would definitely recommend a visit and can’t wait to go back! Had a fantastic time on the birds of prey experience for two. Great that it's limited to groups of 4 so everyone had lots of time flying the different species. Liam our guide had lots of knowledge on each bird. Will have to come back to meet more of the beautiful birds. Clearly all very well looked after. Thank you again Liam.
