The lady with the black dress and belt with brown hair was extremely rude. She swore and was constantly being aggressive. Poor public interaction.
I went in to store the other day to spend my Christmas money, and what a pleasure it was - Charlotte and Imogen were so lovely and helped me find the perfect bag! They listened to everything I said and made sure they only suggested bags that were suitable for what I was looking for. Superb customer service, going out of their way to help me - cannot recommend enough! Great staff and products, I'll be back again very soon!
Amazing customer service by Charlotte! Came in with a bag I purchased online 6 months ago where the clasp had fallen off, she advised it was a manufacturing default and ordered a replacement to be delivered to my home address ASAP. She was also very helpful and offered to discount another bag I purchased in store that day. Very pleased and will definitely be back to purchase in-store in the future. Thank you Charlotte!! :)

Louise is the meaning of old school service with a thoroughly modern edge. The manager, Lay delivered absolutely poor customer service to me and my wife. She informed us 3 weeks ago that we would be given a call back the next day to explain whether they can accept a return or not. however I was not given a reason until I came back in store and chased for an update. No courtesy nothing. Avoid this shop as all the staff are rude.
