First and last time I will use this shop. Had to drop off a parcel to be delivered. I didn’t know what I was doing and the staff member was extremely unhelpful. Had to ask her twice to repeat whatever she mumbled. She printed the label off and dumped it on the counter without a word. She pointed me in the vague direction of where to put it and said something about ‘green bin’. She could have just taken it off me, and put it there herself. Told her she was rude and left.

Handy for yodel and impost drop.off. Store is large and look3d half empty also very strong smell.of spices in the shop.

The staff are unbelievably rude! I’ll stop using them at all now - parcels or for the odd shop - they even lost my last parcel, or in fact likely just said they didn’t have it. Such a mess, won’t be using them anymore & do not recommend anyone else does. Combative and aggressive with no desire to be helpful at all.

Rudest staff in any shop that i have ever encountered, no acknowledgement that you're a paying customer. Not a single smile or word in the 10+ times i've been in store. They just scan your items, not a word, not a thank you, have a good day, nothing.

Only been there twice now for small items. Each time I was pleasantly greeted and felt welcome. Well stocked too

A proper local shop that sells very cold beer and interesting snacks. The staff are generally really friendly - there’s one who is literally the friendliest woman ever who I call ‘Smiler’ and Niko, the politest man in the world. The rude one with dyed red hair is rude though. When she’s there, go to a different shop.
