   Great store but the trolleys are antique!! I tried for 5minutes in the cold to get a coin into one of them and couldn't. thankfully people leave sainsburys trollies around (no wonder!) not a good start of the experience

   Large Next store wjith plenty of parking. Laid out over 2 floors with lifts and escalators. So easy access for all. Large range displayed. Usual Costa coffee house in store

   Great collection but not satisfied with the experience. I made an order with a gift receipt but they didn’t offer it. I’m still waiting more than 2 weeks for an item available in store but didn’t arrive!!

   My wife regularly uses Next, I stay in the car... This morning, I popped in to buy two gift vouchers. The lady on the till, a slightly more senior member of staff, was lovely. Very helpful, very polite and a credit to your store. Thank you.

   Went into Next because my partner ordered a suit and he had an issue with the shirt. We were served by a very friendly and helpful member of staff who gave us a fantastic customer service and sorted out the issue in a professional helpful manner thank you so much Hannah Gould you helped our situation very well huge thank you for the brilliant customer service highly recommend!!!

   I was advised on the phone that you could order made-to-measure curtains in-store. After travelling to the store I was advised that the service had been discontinued and it was on-line only. Very annoyed. Will take my business elsewhere but don’t suppose they will care.

   For a store so big, with an online selection so good, I don't know how they get the in-store choices so wrong, it's very poor, they need a good merchandiser and stock that's popular in this area, as it's such of a waste. But if these items are chosen from the most popular online sales for this area, I'll happily change my review, but there is no way their selection is chosen from that. Stick to shopping online.

   Helpful staff, exciting range of home accessories. Expensive but the famous Next sales means the wife sets her alarm clock for 4am in the morning. Costa is also available on the 1st floor. Free parking, family and disabled car spots here. A lift is also available for buggies etc. There is also a collection point to bring back or collect items ordered online.
