Paul has come through again for us, after our last cruise holiday planned by him, this time we wanted a resort holiday. After we provided our requirements, he came back with some recommendations and we eventually picked one that ticked most if not all boxes. We had a great holiday and a hassle free booking experience through Paul, when you seems to be drowned in options and choices, Paul makes it easy!!
Paul went to great lengths to ensure we were happy with all six hotels on our California road trip, and gave us multiple flight options. He responded very quickly to all queries, and did a great job despite only having three or so weeks to pull it all together. It was great being able to turn up at each hotel and know everything had been covered. Everything in Paul's control went without a hitch - our only issue was that our baggage didn't arrive on our connecting flight but, again, Paul was on hand to help and reassure us through the first couple of days of our trip until our bags arrived. I would use Paul again without hesitation and have already recommended him to several people.

As a group we have had nearly 10 years of great ski trips in different resorts across the Alps. The success of these group trips is down to Paul who can’t do enough to create a positive experience. Paul was a huge help in organising this trip for 24 people to go skiing in Alpe D'huez. He is always very responsive and helpful throughout the planning process, and he was exceptionally helpful during the trip when a hiccup took place with a booking (through no fault of his) in resolving it quickly and efficiently. This was the first time I've booked a holiday through Paul at WTP and I literally couldn't fault a thing. We went to Taormina in Sicily and Paul booked an incredible hotel where we were upgraded to a suite which was out of this world!
