   Have used hays Travel in hassocks for a few years. I Prefer going through them to book cruises than doing it myself. As when I had a problem with BA cancelling flights they sorted it all out for us. Which saved us a lot of time. They are very friendly and helpful

   Be aware there is a 30 day time limit on buy back guarantees from shop. It's definitely a case of buyer-beware! It's on the receipt, so, make sure you read it.
