   Contacted them for help in planning a Mexican vacation. Had ideas already thought out but was hoping for help with some of the details. Came back days later than promised only after I called again with incorrect dates and with nothing more than I could have done on my own. Asked for revisions and never heard from them again. Total failure

Meanwhile, The Naka Island in need of some TLC offered a secluded, luxurious escape with breathtaking views and unparalleled serenity.
