Brighton Diver Rampion wind farm tours

    ★★★★★ 4.9
    Open

“Paul was friendly and helpful when I called to book, and has a very sensible system of having clients call the day before to check that conditions are suitable for sailing. I also received a very helpful email confirming my booking and providing directions and useful information about the trip. As for the actual tour - it was wonderful! A fast, comfortable ride out to the wind farm, and then we spend a good amount of time moving slowly amongst the turbines for a close-up look, while Paul provided us with a wealth of interesting and amusing facts about the planning, construction, and day-to-day running of the enterprise. It is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen. After that we headed back via a gentle excursion along the Brighton & Hove coastline, passing both the piers. Well worth the price, and thoroughly recommended! Thanks, Paul!!”

“Ordered some Paris base plates online and then realised I needed to add something to my order. Being a tight arse I didn't want to pay postage twice so called them on the phone, I spoke with Alex who was more than helpful and even added the bits I'd forgotten free of charge. Great service and a nice skate related chat to boot. Clearly a company run by skaters who actually give a s*!t... Top marks from me.”

“I booked a holiday to California travelling down the coast by train flying into San Francisco and flying back from LA. This holiday was planned by the very helpful staff, I only gave an idea of what I wanted and a what I could afford. It was just so stress free as everything was booked before we left and exceeded expectations. I will happily use this service again and recommend to others.”

    Brighton Prestige Boat Trips

    ★★★★☆ 4.4
    Closed

“Thank you Duncan for accommodating our family of 10 for a lovely scenic boat trip. The boat was nice and comfy and it was lovely to have the boat to ourselves & be able to take our own drinks. Duncan gave us options of where we could go and gave us our full hour once we were all settled on board. The only thing I would say is that it would be even more comfortable to have some cushions in the seating area (I'm sure they have them we just didn't ask). Would highly recommend. Thank you Duncan for a wonderful afternoon.”

    Showlesque

    ★★★★★ 5
    Open

“I dont often write reviews but doing this for the benefit of anyone who may be in my position and trying to find something suitable and a laugh for a hen do, as that was me a few months ago when I booked Showlesque! I know there are some mixed reviews on Google and Trip advisor, but I hope this may help sway someone's decision in deciding whether or not to go...we went as a hen do on 30th August, and I was worried about what to expect because of a recent review only giving 3 stars. The food came quickly and was actually very tasty...chips were great. The staff were friendly, particularly the young lady with bobbed wavy blonde hair (sorry I've forgotten your name!). Service was good. Veronica Blacklace absolutely made the night as the MC and singer, she had a fab voice, very funny and knew how to read a room perfectly. Big Hairy Growler...so funny, and his strip tease was so bad it was good lol. We had such a laugh, the energy was great. The venue is small and intimate, but this didnt mean the atmosphere was any less. When the show finished, there was a DJ playing classic tunes, the place wasn't busy but to be honest we just enjoyed having the dance floor to ourselves. My one criticism would be that maybe there could have been a couple more alternative acts within the show, as each person came on twice (there were three performers in total, plus the MC). Very entertaining, we laughed all night and the hen had the best time. Would definitely recommend! One thing to note, if you are a large group make sure to ask to be seated on one table...we were a group of 9 but split into two booths, we could still see and talk to each other but we would have preferred to have been sat together.”

“Katie has been an absolute gem in planning our recent road trip through Puglia, Italy. From the get-go, her expertise shone through as she recommended hotels that were off the beaten path, yet rich in history and character. These were places we hadn't even come across in our own research, which made our journey all the more special. What truly sets Katie apart is her attention to detail. Despite us staying in multiple establishments, we felt well looked after every step of the way. The staff at each hotel were welcoming, adding to the overall sense of comfort and enjoyment throughout our travels. We can't thank Katie enough for making our Italian adventure a trip to remember. Her service was top-notch and we highly recommend her for anyone looking to explore Puglia or any other destination.”
